It is an honor for both the organization and our supervisor Scott Sferra to be awarded the 10th annual Helen Shaw Staff Excellence and Special Achievement Award. He was presented this award on Wednesday, September 18. This award recognizes staff members for their exceptional efforts to advance and improve life at the College and Scott deserves it because Lions’ EMS would not be here if it wasn’t for him. His acceptance as our supervisor allowed our organization to continue its service for the campus community, and his experience from his 12 years at Pennington Road First Aid Unit provides the guidance that we need to make our organization better. Congratulations, Scott and thank you for your continual support!
